Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Medway Council, as a Personal Assistant to the Assistant Director (AD) of Adult Social Care.
You will provide an outstanding, professional, wide-ranging personal support service for the Assistant Director by providing key administration and logistical support.
You must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths and be fully proficient in Microsoft Office. A level 3 in business administration would be advantageous. Previous experience of working as a personal assistant to a senior manager is essential together with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to produce clear documents including, minutes and management reports.
