Following significant additional investment in Adult Social Care we are seeking an Operations Manager - Provider Services to join our Business Operations and Provider Services. You will oversee the operational functions including strategic planning, budget oversight, projects and the efficient delivery of our in house provider services which include overnight short breaks, community supported living and Shared Lives scheme.

About You
You will –
- hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Residential Care and be willing to work towards a management qualification.
- have expert understanding and working knowledge of the CQC regulations, Quality Assurance Standards and what is required to meet or exceed the requirements.
- have experience of managing budgets including forecasting and financial monitoring.
- have previous experience in a residential care management role within the social care sector.
