Medway Council is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Enterprise Coordinator to join our vibrant Skills, Employment & Adult Education team, playing a key role in delivering the Careers & Enterprise Company’s Kent & Medway Careers Hub across Medway. The Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC), the national body for careers education in England, works to ensure that education institutions are equipped to deliver high quality, modern careers programmes that truly reflect the needs of today’s workforce. Through Careers Hubs, we bring together schools and colleges, employers, and apprenticeship providers, creating powerful local partnerships that inspire young people and strengthen connections with the world of work.

As an Enterprise Coordinator, you will sit at the centre of this dynamic network, working closely with education settings and employers to enhance careers and enterprise programmes, strengthen partnerships, and bring meaningful opportunities to life for young people across Medway.
The successful post holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
